John Deere’s P-tier wheel loader line-up is ready for your material handling and heavy-duty lifting needs.
Combining front-end features with near-parallel lift, spacious operator stations including customisable ergonomic electrohydraulic (EH) controls and streamlined electrical and hydraulic routing, these P-tier versatile and productive models are designed to help take material handling operation in quarries, batching plants, feedlots, earthmoving and more, to the next level.
Take control
The P-tier series comes with all the specifications an operator needs and more. EH controls allow for increased functionality to customise machine operations based on operator preference.
Operators can easily control up to six functions without letting go of the joystick. Two multifunction buttons can be programmed to handle any of up to 10 functions selected through the monitor, including bucket vibrate and EH Precision mode.
The bucket list
A wide selection of production buckets with integrated spill guards, curved side cutters and rollback delivers elevated bucket-fill performance and material retention compared to earlier offerings.
Featuring bucket and linkage designs that improve load leveling, material retention and visibility, these loaders also yield more productivity and performance than ever before.
Remote diagnostics and back-up support
To maximise uptime and lower costs, JDLink connectivity provides machine location, utilisation data and alerts to help you maximise productivity and efficiency. JDLink also enables John Deere Connected Support.
RDO Equipment uses Expert Alerts based on data from thousands of connected machines to proactively address conditions that may otherwise likely lead to downtime. With a dedicated Connected Support team in place, customers have easy access to RDO’s technical team of experts to help troubleshoot over the phone and diagnose machines remotely.
Visibility and maintenance
A large seven-inch in-cab display with easy-on-the-eyes clarity enables intuitive push-button access to key information. A standard rear-view camera displays the activity behind the machine on the colour LCD screen.
All daily service points including fuel refill are conveniently grouped at ground level on the left side of the machine for easy access, and routing of electrical wire harnesses and hydraulic hoses has been streamlined.
And what some may see as the best feature of all, Deere’s exclusive Quad Cool™ cooling system design helps keep loaders cool in gruelling conditions. It places the radiator, air-conditioner condenser, intercooler and hydraulic, transmission and axle coolers in a unique boxed configuration that is isolated from engine heat to cool these components more efficiently throughout the day.
The cool-on-demand hydraulically driven variable speed fan is included with the speed of the fan being determined by the machine fluid temperatures, resulting in better fuel economy and optimised cooling.
